Pre heat the oven to 200 and cook for 10 minutes, then drop temperature to 180 and cook for a further 10-15 minutes.

Turkey, bacon and cranberry quiche
For warm quiche pre heat the oven to 180 and cook for 10-15 minutes until piping hot in the centre. Can also be enjoyed cold.
Allergens: gluten, egg, milk, sulphites

Patè
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Allergens: milk, egg, sulphites

Smoked Salmon roulade
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Allergens: milk, fish, shellfish

Glazed hams
Keep refrigerated and slice when ready to serve.
Allergens: mustard, sulphites
