Soufflé & Fennel Salad

Place the soufflé in the preheated oven and cook for 15-20 minutes. Dress the fennel salad with the dressing provided. And serve with the smoked salmon.

 

Chicken & Sides

Wrap the chicken in tin foil and reheat in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes to retain its moisture. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 200°C for the last 10 minutes to slightly brown the chicken.

 

Preheat your oven to 200°C for 30 minutes and add the provided duck fat to a baking tray. Place the potatoes in the oven and make sure to turn occasionally to ensure they are browned on all sides

 

 Roast the carrots in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or until slightly brown.

 

Warm your gravy in a pan on a low simmer.

 

Blanch the greens in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then toss with the provided mint butter.

 

Finally warm the Yorkshire puddings in the oven at 180°C for 5-10 minutes

 

Keep your lemon meringue tarts and chocolates refrigerated until ready to serve.
